Happiest birthday Wishes

Card &  co-coordinating bag using the hostess stamp set happiest birthday wishes.I made this for a birthday party I did last night, this was the birthday girls gift from me and inside the bag was the Hoppy Easter stamp set from the summer mini. Let me tell you she was very excited about that.

The bag is made from one sheet of  12" x 12" DSP. I found the tutorial for this bag from another blogger, sarahinkspot so thanks sarah for sharing i thought I'd pass it on too.

To Make the bag cut the 12" x 12" designer paper to 12" x 9", with the long side in the trimmer score @ 1" 5 1/4", 6 3/4" & 11". Turn 90 degrees & score @ 1 1/2" & 7 1/2".

Cut the two  lines in centre to the score lines on both sides. Fold the 1" outside flap the opposite way and glue down. Fold all score lines and assemble the box and glue the sides together.

To make the handles cut two 12" x 1/2" strips glue to the out side of bag as in the photo.
